James L. Rau (Jamie) joined Parkowski, Guerke & Swayze’s real estate department in 2000. In 2003, Mr. Rau was promoted to his current position as the firm’s Legal Administrator. As the firm’s Legal Administrator, Mr. Rau is responsible for the overall management of the administrative operations of the firm including human resources, technology, finances and facilities.
A lifelong Delaware resident, Mr. Rau graduated magna cum laude from Wesley College in 1997 with a BS degree in legal studies and a minor in psychology. Mr. Rau is an active member in his community where he currently serves as the Vice President of the Lake Forest Board of Education, as a youth soccer coach and with the Felton Community Fire Company where he has served as a volunteer firefighter/EMT and has held numerous leadership roles including Vice President and Director.
