CLAY T. JESTER joined Parkowski, Guerke & Swayze, P.A. in 1980 and has been a Director since 1985. He practices in the areas of family law, estate planning and estate administration, and residential real estate settlements and refinances. In the family law area, he works with clients to help find amicable resolutions and works to avoid litigation.
Mr. Jester has served on the Executive Committee, the Family Court Rules Committee, and the Family Law Section Executive Committee of the Delaware State Bar Association. In addition, he is a past President of the Kent County Bar Association and past President of the Board of Directors of the Community Legal Aid Society, Inc. He is a member of the Judicial Appointments Committee, the Family Law Section, the Estates and Trust Section, the Real and Personal Property Section, the Elder Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.
Mr. Jester received a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts in 1972 and a J.D. from the Widener University Delaware Law School in 1973. He was admitted to practice law in Delaware in 1980.
