Defeat of Negligence and Breach of Contract Claims

In February 2020, Kyle Dunkle assisted in the successful defense of a petroleum products and services company that was facing costly claims of environmental contamination in a lawsuit against the company. Kyle and the PGS team, including Mark Dunkle and Elio Battista, secured a favorable court ruling on a motion for summary judgment that defeated negligence and breach of contract claims arising from the operation of a retail gasoline station.
